Ohio TESOL members make you aware of the awards and grants offered through Ohio TESOL. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to receive professional development and travel funds, and to nominate an outstanding educator:

Awards: DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS EXTENDED UNTIL FRIDAY, AUGUST 26! 

Ohio TESOL Excellence in Teaching Award: This award honors an Ohio TESOL member who is considered by colleagues to be an excellent teacher.

George Hertrich Service Award: This award acknowledges outstanding service to Ohio TESOL, contributions to the professionalism of our membership, and dedication to furthering the ideals of TESOL

Ohio TESOL Lifetime Achievement Award: This award honors an Ohio TESOL member who has made a significant contribution to the field of TESOL through research, publication, leadership, public service, or by assuming an active role in educational advocacy.

Grants:

International TESOL Travel Grant: Deadline is December 31, 2016

Marcie Williams International Travel Grant: Deadline is 45 days before the conference activity

Professional Development Grants PD Adult and Higher Ed Grant: Deadline is 45 days before the  PD activity

Professional Development PreK-12 Grant: Deadline is 45 days before the PD activity
